HIV/AIDS Training and Care 2000-2004
Union Aid Abroad-APHEDA began working with the Positive Action Foundation of the Philippines Inc (PAFPI) in 2000 to support HIV/AIDS training for Philippine migrant workers and to create and support a drop-in centre for those affected by HIV/AIDS. Occupational Health and Safety Training 2002-2003
In 2002, Union Aid Abroad-APHEDA worked in partnership with the Institute for Occupational Health and Safety Development (IOHSAD) for six months to equip 315 workers with OH&S skills, as well as an orientation program on OH&S rights.
